CoverCat proposes the following:

“We are a manufacturer and supplier of Specialized Plural Component Spray Equipment for vertical and horizontal Pipeline application.”
The application basically creates a pipe within a pipe utilizing the host pipe as a mold to produce a semi-structural lining which will adhere to the original pipe’s surface. In turn, this will enhance the pipes efficiency and performance.

Licensing Oportunity with CoverCat for internal Pipe Restoration

The primary use of this system is to combat the effects of corrosion, as well as subsequent pinhole leaks and hairline cracks which exist in the host pipe.

Licensing:

Each “Licensee” will have the opportunity to enter into a formal licensing agreement with Covercat and will be granted an exclusive applicator license for use in commercial, industrial, and/or gas applications within their respective territory (TBD).
The Covercat license grants the Licensee use of the Covercat technology, equipment, materials, and spare parts for the entire term of its licensing agreement. This agreement will bar other licensees from performing work within a reserved territory.
If necessary, Covercat can assist in the financing of the equipment lease via a third party financing source where CoverCat retains all rights to buy-back (repurchase) the equipment upon any event of default.
Engineering Support:

As the Covercat equipment requires a certain level of technical ability to operate; Covercat will supply both reasonable engineering and project management support to a licensee as needed for each project/job. In addition to this, Covercat will conduct continued research and development of its present and future equipment, as well as the application processes
If more specific engineering and project support is desired: such as having a dedicated CoverCat engineer train and work with a licensee for more than the initial training period;. These additional services can be arranged for licensees if desired at any time.
Equipment Maintenance:
In addition to a licensing agreement all licensees will have a maintenance agreement in place to insure the proper functionality of the equipment. Covercat shall include any upgrades to the software of the equipment if/when available during scheduled maintenance.

As part of the scheduled maintenance Covercat will also be responsible for any adjustment and/or recalibration of the equipment.
