Our robotic in place or “In-Situ” Spray applied pipe Lining System will fix pipe problems and restore them to new condition without having to open walls, dig up floors, parking lots and sidewalks in order to remove old corroded pipes and install new pipe. Pipes can be repaired while still in place within walls, ceilings, and under slabs.
Our spray applied pipe lining process virtually creates a plastic pipe within the existing pipe which meets or exceeds the pipes original design parameters.
Additionally, the technology is utilized as preventive fortification for new pipe installations.

CoverCat USA has a next-generation procedure to renovate corroded pipe systems used for commercial, industrial, marine and municipal applications while still in place within walls, ceilings, and under slabs.
CoverCat's robotic in-situ polymeric spray system provides a safe and protective barrier between the host pipe and the product within the pipe.
The polymeric coating process creates a new non-toxic, chemically and biologically resistant semi-structural barrier which isolates the host pipe from the conveyed medium, preventing leakage and infiltration while limiting the build-up of contaminates within the existing pipe. This in turn prevents harmful elements from interaction with water or other products which run through the pipes.
